The pair of uncoiling frame driven by the oil cylinder, can hold on the coil material.
Structure: machine body, sliding base, main shaft, taper loading tray, moving cylinder.
Main function: fixed steel coil to realize passive uncoiling. Equipped with a set of manual brake device, which can be adjusted according to the coil tension. The lateral stroke is completed by the double-sided moving oil cylinder. The two cylinders in the center can be shifted left and right at the same time by adjusting the width of the coil.

剝頭引料裝置
用于對卷料的毛料鏟頭，將板料引入牽引。液壓提升、液壓壓緊，防止卷料松散，并配合剝頭引料裝置將板料引入牽引輥。動力牽引通過兩夾輥牽引板料，上夾輥液壓升降。
結構：引料架、引料輥、引料電機鏈輪、鏈條、升降油缸、鏟頭托板、伸縮面板、驅動油缸。
主要功能：輔助開卷，引料輥由電機驅動。幫助開卷機將板頭引向鏟板。然后引向送料夾輥，鏟板可上下升降和前后伸縮，正常運行時，此裝置全部退出工作位置。
夾送結構：機座、牌坊、滑塊送料軸、傳動電機、壓下油缸組成。
主要功能：將板料送入后部設備，傳動采用電機擺線針輪減速機加離合器。完成夾送待板料進入校平主機后，離合器脫開，上輥液壓抬起，下輥由板料帶動被動旋轉。 4. Guiding device
It is composed of guide frame, moveable plane plate, guiding adjustment device, vertical lean wheel.
導引裝置
它由導向架，活動平板，導向調節裝置，垂直傾斜輪組成。 5. Leveling unit：(two lay type)
It is composed of frame part, work roll part, lifting part and main driving part.
The frame part adopts the steel plate welding structure, and the work roll part, the lifting part and the frame part are organically combined.
The work roll is composed of leveling rolls.
The leveling roller adopts the parallel type of roller rows. The upper roller can move up and down and can be inclined relative to the lower roller. The opening size of the entrance and exit can be adjusted separately to achieve the ideal leveling effect. The material of the leveling roller is surface hardened.
The main function of the lifting part is to lift the upper row of leveling rollers and adjust the pressing amount between the leveling rollers. The motor of this machine achieves the purpose of lifting the upper row of rollers through the reducer, worm gear and worm drive screw nut.
The main driving part is driven by a variable frequency AC motor through a reducer to drive the leveling roller.
On the discharge side of the leveling machine, an independent encoder pneumatic pressure measuring device is installed. The rotary encoder detects the size of the feeding cut-to-length and cuts and controls it through the electrical system.
校平機（二重式）
由機架部分、工作輥部分、升降部分和主傳動部分組成。
機架部分，采用鐵板焊接結構，工作輥部分、升降部分與機架部分有機結合在一起。
工作輥部分由校平輥組成。
校平輥采用輥列平行式，上排輥能夠升降運動且能夠相對于下輥傾斜，分別調整入口、出口的開口大小，達到理想的校平效果。校平輥材質采用表面淬硬。升降部分的作用主要是提升上排校平輥，調整校平輥之間的壓下量。本機電機通過減速機、蝸輪蝸桿傳動絲杠絲母達到升降上排輥的目的。
主傳動部分由變頻交流電機通過減速機傳動校平輥。
在校平機的出料一側，裝有獨立的，編碼器氣動壓力測量裝置，旋轉編碼器對送料定尺剪切的尺寸進行檢測并通過電氣系統進行定尺控制。

6. Shearing machine， rotationtype
Shearing machine is a device for cutting the leveled steel plate in the production line.
Machine structure and characteristics description: steel plate welding, high strength, good rigidity, hydraulic up and down tool holder, stable and fast movement. The lower blade has a front and rear fine-tuning mechanism, the knife edge gap uniformity is good, and the cutting straightness accuracy is high. The blade gap adjustment is convenient and quick, the left and right sides are synchronized, and the scale value is indicated. The hydraulic pressure material is stable and gentle, and the pressure foot pad is made of polyurethane material, which does not damage the surface of the workpiece.

剪板機，角度可旋轉型
是生產線中對校平后的鋼板進行橫剪的設備。
機器機構及特點說明：鋼板焊接，強度高，剛度好，液壓上下刀架，運動平穩快速。下刀片帶前后微調機構，刀口間隙均勻度好，剪切直線度精度高。刀口間隙調整方便快捷，左右兩邊同步，刻度值指示。液壓壓料，穩定平緩，壓腳墊采用聚胺脂材質，不傷害工件表面。
剪板機具備整體旋轉功能，可以相對于中心線旋轉，一定角度，使得剪切后的板料為平行四邊形，便于斜剪機斜剪后得到等腰梯形的板料，適合路燈桿的生產。

Pole length supporting table , guiding trolly :

There is a dolly in the front of the edgeslitting unit. It is for control the slitting straight and parallelogram plate size. By change the position of the stopper on trolly to control the parallelogram plate width .
Both on trolly and in the front edge slitting unit, there are mechanical stop to get right dimension of the parallelogram plate.
Clamping unit is manual type.
滿足路燈桿長度的趟排，導向小車
導向小車在切邊機的前面，含有定位擋塊，保證下料的一致性。同時調節定位擋塊的位置，可以獲得，不同寬度的鋼板，以滿足不同尺寸的路燈桿。。
小車和切邊機均帶有機械定位裝置，保證下料的一致性。夾緊裝置：手動型

Three blades edge type slitting unit.

The edge slitting machine is base on the rolling shearing principle to cut the steel sheet.
It is for slitting scrape edge of the hot rolled steel plate to get the exact width for light pole.
If the plate width suitable for four pieces pole., the middle blade can cut the plate to two big pieces.
Including : two pairs pinching rollers, Motor, gear box, Up and down two screw type rollers, with 3 pairs of slitting blade.
screw type rollers is easy for adjusting the cutting blade to any position for slitting any size of plate.
切邊機，采用滾剪的原理，去除熱軋鋼板的不整齊的廢邊，獲得路燈桿板材斜剪前，準確的板寬度。
如果板料的寬度，適合做4根路燈桿，中間的刀片可以把板料剪切成兩個大板。
機器包括：采用上下2夾送輥，電動機，減速機，可以上下調節的螺紋軸，3對刀片的結構，上下螺紋軸為全螺紋，便于調節滾剪位置。

Pole length supporting table , guiding trolly :

There is a dolly in the front of the taper slitting unit. It is for control the slitting straight and the plate width after taper slitting. By change the position of the stopper on trolly to control the Isosceles trapezoidal platewidth. The taper slitting machine adopts the principle of rolling shear.
On the unit, the parallelogram sheet can be cut obliquely into Trapezoidal sheet with a big end and a small end(Trapezoid) required by the street light pole.

采用滾剪的原理
把平行四邊形的板料斜剪為路燈桿需要的一頭大一頭小的等腰梯形板料，用于路燈桿的生產。
機器包括：采用上下2夾送輥，電動機，減速機，可以上下調節的螺紋軸，1對刀片的結構，上下螺紋軸為全螺紋，便于調節滾剪位置。 11.Outputsupporting table
This is third supporting table
The length of this table is the same as the length of the longest street light pole that needs to be produced. The table consists of a table top, a supporting shelf, and a rolling ball on the table top.
The ball on the table is universal, which facilitates the longitudinal and lateral movement of the steel plate.
After oblique shearing, the trapezoidal sheets with one big end and the other small, which are needed by the street light pole, are located on the table. The operator moves the sheets to the customer’s own lifting tool. After stacking multiple sheets (such as 20~30 pieces sheet), once hoisted to the press brake of the next bending process.
第3段滿足路燈桿長度的出料趟排
這個趟排的長度和需要生產的長路燈桿的長度一致，趟排有臺面，支撐架子，和臺面上的滾球組成。
臺面的滾球是萬向的，便于鋼板縱向和側向移動。
斜剪后，路燈桿需要的一頭大一頭小的梯形板料，位于趟排上，操作人員把板料移動到客戶自己的吊運工裝上，可以多張堆垛后（如20~30張板），一次吊運到下一個工序的折彎機上。 12. Electrical system：
